1. POST SUPERANNUATION MEDICAL INSURANCE

 

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

a. Renewal cases may make online payment and submit the application form along with photos to prms@beml.co.in.

b. Payment for renewal should be done prior to one month before the expiry of the existing policy.

c. Fresh cases i.e. availing the scheme for the first time should approach the respective Divisions from where they have superannuated. Applications should be forwarded only through respective HR departments. Insurance policy will not be taken for cases wherein the Applications for fresh cases are not forwarded through respective HR Departments.

d. Employees / Executives should fill only their Staff No. (Do not add your department No.)

e. Payments will be processed and E-CARDS will be uploaded on the website (no hard copy of the card will be sent).

f. Applications / Receipts should be sent only to the mail IDs given. E-mail sent to any other E-mail will not be entertained.

PROCESS FOR MAKING ONLINE PAYMENT:

1. Employees / Executives are requested to follow the steps as below to make payments : 

Step 1 : Click on ‘Post Superannuation Medical Insurance’ link below, which will take you to the State Bank of India Portal, for making payments:

Step 2  : Read the terms & conditions and tick the acceptance box and proceed for filling-up the details viz., Name / Ex-Staff No. / Category / Coverage details (Self/Spouse/both), Scheme (Old/New) / Renewal/Fresh, Mobile No, E-mail ID  etc., as required on the Bank’s Portal.

Step 3  : On completion of the form submission, you will be directed for payments by selecting appropriate option viz., Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking etc.

Step 4  : On completion of payment, download the ‘Remittance Form’.

Step 5 : A print out of the remittance form (scanned / copy) to be sent through E-mail only as follows :

i) Fresh cases to the respective HR Department, from where the Employee / Executive has superannuated :

   a) Corporate Office         –   prms@beml.co.in

   b) Bangalore Complex    –   prms.bc@beml.co.in

   c) KGF Complex                 –   prms.kgf@beml.co.in

   d) Mysore Complex         –   prms.mc@beml.co.in

   e) Palakkad Complex       –   prms.pc@beml.co.in

   f) Marketing Division        –  prms.mk@beml.co.in

            ii) All Renewal cases to Corporate Office at the following E-mail:

   a) Applications & Receipt (ONLY) to be sent to : prms-applications@beml.co.in.

   b) Documents for Refund to be sent to : prms-refund@beml.co.in.

   c) Any other issues to be sent to : prms@beml.co.in.

 

2. This completes the process for making on-line payments for the Post Superannuation Medical Insurance.

3. Please note that with the introduction of on-line payment, remittance through ‘Demand Draft’ is discontinued w.e.f. 01.04.2018.

Hospitalization should be intimated immediately to Shri Kamalesh Babu / Ms. Swetha to facilitate clearing of bills and timely discharge. Copies of Aadhaar Card & PAN Card must be submitted for claiming reimbursement.
